Chef Anthony Lyons

Chef Anthony Lyons is a native of Tipperary, Ireland and came to work at Greenbriar in 1994. He was the Sous Chef at GHCC for several years. Chef Anthony has held several positions in St Louis at various other clubs and Hospitality Programs. Chef Anthony is a Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation. He has a culinary degree from the Galway/Mayo institute of technology and is an active Member of the St Louis Chefs de Cuisine. Chef Anthony is a Past President of the Chefs de Cuisine and has held several other positions for the organization, such as junior culinary team coach and program and education chair. Chef Anthony has won several medals in competition and in 2012 he was the St Louis Chapter Chef of the year. He coaches and mentors aspiring chefs working towards certificatiion.
