Chef Jason Milner

Chef Jason Milner (C.E.C.®) is an award-winning, energetic, and creative executive chef with 20 years of experience alongside the region’s most renowned chefs and in the finest kitchens. Chef Jason’s mastery of classical preparation, combined with his passion for culinary creativity, delivers an unparalleled level of cuisine and a special dining experience at Greenbriar Hills Country Club.  

Chef Jason carries his dedication for cuisine and culinary knowledge outside of the club as well.  He is a fierce competitor winning top awards in annual culinary competitions.  Chef shares his talents through his involvement with the St. Louis Chefs de Cuisine where he quickly rose to Captain of the culinary team, and where he currently serves as the Apprenticeship Coordinator. His efforts resulted in the chapter’s program receiving accreditation and he has graduated several apprentices during the start of their culinary careers.  He is dedicated to the community and provides his services to many charitable causes.

When not in the kitchen, Chef Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and son.  When at Greenbriar Hills C.C., Jason looks forward sharing the dining experience with our members and guests.  Please join us and be introduced to Chef Jason and the culinary experience he provides.
