Chef Rob Marbs

Chef Rob is a highly accomplished Chef with over twenty years’ experience at country clubs and fine dining restaurants.

During his twelve plus years as Executive Chef of Glen Echo Country Club, Rob managed the kitchen in a professional manner, and created a dining experience that was loved by the membership and their guests. Rob also has served as Executive Chef at Missouri Botanical Gardens and Fox Creek Golf Club, as well as lead Chef for the opening of Yia-Yia’s Euro bistro in Chesterfield. Rob perfected his skills and mastered his craft under the guidance and leadership of such outstanding Chef’s as Vince Bommarito (Tony’s) and former White House Chef Pierre Chambrin (St. Louis Club).
