Chef Rob Marbs

Chef Rob is a highly accomplished Chef with 30 years’ experience at country clubs and fine dining restaurants. After culinary school in St Louis and Napa Valley, he cooked for many celebreties and "Heads of States" , including two US Presidents. Some of his experiences in St Louis include Tony's, Malmaison, Yia-Yia's, Racquet Club East, St Louis Club and Glen Echo. Rob perfected his skills and mastered his craft under the guidance and leadership of such outstanding Chef’s as Vince Bommarito (Tony’s) and former White House Chef Pierre Chambrin (St. Louis Club).
