Chef Jason Milner

Jason is an energetic and creative Chef with 20 years of experience in the kitchen. Jason has been honing his craft at St Louis CC for the past 14 years. He has mastered every station in the kitchen and has served as Executive Sous Chef since 2012 under the outstanding guidance and leadership of Chef Paul Kampff. Over the last two years Chef Paul has allowed Jason to assume the role of Executive Chef, turning over such duties as  hiring, scheduling, training, budgeting, developing menus, and purchasing food and kitchen equipment. Jason is also well known by the membership of St Louis CC for his “Chef’s Table” dinners, Board of Governors dinners, Wedding tastings and Wine paring dinners.
Jason is very involved in culinary competition, where he has won numerous medals and served as the Captain of the St Louis Junior Culinary team in 2004. He also enjoys displaying his talents at many charity events.
